Camp Quest is a day camp that strives to enrich the lives of the campers who attend. Campers who attend will have the opportunity to develop more than just a better understanding of science. Other than our science activities, campers spend time each day working on: expanding their creative sides, expending energy with field games, building friendships and memories that will stay with them throughout their lives. These are some of most influential years in the development of these campers, and we want to do everything we can to help shape their lives in the most positive of ways. ASC Camps run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with early and late care available for an additional fee.  Camps are for children in grades K-6.  Spring Break Camp: March 15-19  We're Sorry. We are committed to providing a safe and supervised environment for all campers. Camp enrollment is limited so that our campers may have the best experience possible. We keep parents informed of all problems and do our best to work out difficulties. If a camper continues to have difficulty adapting to the camp program, we reserve the right to cancel that individual’s camp session with no refund. What if my camper has special needs? If you have a camper who requires special needs, please contact the Camp Coordinator at(615) 401-5074 to set up a meeting and discuss the best way to care for your child. The Adventure Science Center is inclusive, but will need to handle cases on an individual basis to ensure quality care and a quality program. What if my child has to miss a day of camp? Days campers missed are not transferable to another date and no partial refund is given for absence or illness. This policy applies to all camps offered at Adventure Science Center.  Camp Cancellation Policy If you have to cancel, please notify the Center in writing as early as possible or by a phone conversation with the Reservation Office staff at (615) 862-5177. Read the policies below for details concerning refunds, which are based on the amount of notice given. There are no exceptions. There is a nonrefundable $25 processing with any cancellation. Extended Care is considered a separate fee and is refunded 100 percent if you cancel up until the first day of camp. 2 Weeks or More We can apply your fee to a new date (depending on availability) or we will refund your fee minus the $25 processing fee. Less than 2 Weeks If you cancel within more than 1 week (including the weekend) we will refund 50% of your fee minus the $25 fee. Less than 1 week If you cancel less than 7 days (including the weekend) from the first day of camp, the fee is non-refundable. Camp Cancellation Policy for Daily Camps A 3-day notice is required to cancel daily camps. If you cancel more than 3 days prior you will receive a full refund. After that time all fees are non-refundable.
